Excellent | Yes | The Chalets at Country Resort are very clean, modern, and great for larger groups. It is slightly farther away from the Hirafu City Center area, but there are complimentary shuttles, as long as you are willing to adjust your schedule accordingly. Customer service of the drivers and staff at the office of Country Resort are extraordinary! Excellent | Yes | Modern chalets with everything that you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. The dry room was very convenient as it has floor heating and well built storage for skis and snowboard. The heating system is excellent for the whole chalet. Each chalet has a different design (we rented two for a big group of friends). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The shuttle system to the centre of the village is very reliable (and it's only a very quick drive). We ordered things to be delivered before our arrival and it was delivered to our chalet.
